What is My Child at School (MCAS)?

Features

MCAS is a website and mobile phone app which allows you to view attendance records, timetables & reports.
You can also use it to send attendance messages to the school.

How do I sign up for MCAS?

MCAS uses self-sign up. To register, you can either use the web version, or the app, which is available from the Google Play store, or the Apple App store. You will need to know the email address that you provided to the school for contact purposes.

App sign-up

  • After starting the app, click Activate.
    This will take you to the MCAS website where you will need to enter either the school postcode (SA4 4FG) or the school ID number (16480).
  • Next, enter the email address that you registered with the school as a contact address, and click “Sign up”.
  • A message will be displayed to show that an email has been sent to your registered address to create a MCAS password.
  • Follow the directions in the email to set your password up.
  • Return to the app and log in using your email address and your chosen password.

The process to sign up on the website is similar to the above.

I have a problem logging in to MCAS

  • I cannot register
    Please check you are using the correct email address. If you have changed your email address, you will need to contact the school by phone, or using the link below to tell us your new address.
  • I have forgotten my password
    Please use the built-in password reset feature on the MCAS app / web page.
  • I still need help
